If used or defective parts are being returned for warranty, please provide invoice number and date, serial number from the original unit, and date of installation of the unit from which parts were removed. Please include replacement PO or invoice number. Where replacement is sent to you at no charge, the original part must be returned within ninety (90) days or a charge will be issued for the new part.

Contents must be clearly identified by Pelton & Crane part number and description. Any new or unused part with seal broken is subject to review by Pelton & Crane.
